RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL NOTICE

In accordance with Article 52 of Italian Legislative Decree No. 206 of 6 September 2005 (the “Consumer Code”), you have the right to withdraw from the contract entered into with Giansa S.r.l. (the Seller), without incurring any penalty and without having to provide any reason, within fourteen (14) days from the date on which you received the products purchased through Salvatore Sorrentino.

In accordance with Article 59(c) of the Consumer Code, the right to withdraw from the contract does not apply where the goods have been made to measure or are clearly personalised.

The above information is provided in compliance with Article 49(m) of the Consumer Code, which requires the Seller, Salvatore Sorrentino, to inform the consumer that, in the circumstances described above, the right of withdrawal CANNOT be exercised.
